Rule 21
Period to start work
:
(1) According to this regulation, the person who has received the permit shall report to the Electricity Development Department within three months in the case of survey and within one year in the case of production, transmission or distribution from the date of receipt of the work permit mentioned in the permit. However, if the person who received the open permit makes an application due to not being able to start the work within the deadline, the deadline can be extended if the reason is seen to be reasonable and sufficient.
(2) After starting the work as per sub-rule (1) until the work is completed, every 6 months the progress report of the work shall be given to the Power Development Department.
